How to Plan Your Very Own GoPurse Party!

To ensure a successful and fun event we have added this section to help you set-up you very own GoPurse Party.

Ok, first, let your guests know this is a "GoPurse Party" not just another plain purse party. Let them know that we are not consultants like every other purse party business. What we do have are representatives. Yes, our very own company staff from GoPurse.com will be representing our quality merchandise at your party or event. When your guests walk in at your party location for a genuine GoPurse party they will get the feel of an actual high quality purse/handbag store inside with over 70, yes, seventy styles and color handbags to choose from.

GoPurse staff are professionals in their field not just another person with a few outdated or fake bags sitting on your couch. Also, as a bonus to increase your sales we hold some of the newest style handbags we receive from our distributors just for purse parties only before adding them to our online store so your guests will get a chance to see our latest styles before anyone else.

GoPurse handbags are guaranteed top quality because we only buy from reputable distributors. If your guests experience a damaged handbag due to an overlooked manufacture error within 30 days of purchase they can simply contact us and we'll replace it immediately. Simply include our tag with the returned purse/merchandise.

What to do?

1) Round-up your friends, family and/or co-workers. C'mon girl, you can do it! (invite everyone you know and meet).

2) Send a them a link to our website at GoPurse.com. (Let them know about our bonus handbags not included on our site)

3) Plan you party day strategically.

4) Invite them by phone followed by an email. (Don't forget the follow-up email after the call)

5) When inviting guess always Overbook. Overbook, Overbook and overbook (I can't stress this enough).

6) Start sending daily email reminders 3 days before party.

7) Pick non-greasy finger foods and water down drinks if you're serving alcohol. Save the hard drinks after our staff have left.

8) Make one last call the day before your party to verbally remind them one last time.

9) After deciding what day and time you would like to have your GoPurse party you may now contact us with the information including the address of your party and/or event. Please include the amount of guests you plan to invite and we will get in contact with you by phone to confirm if your desired date is available. We will also sent you our invitations cards so you can hand them out to your guests for an amazing fun filled day.

10) Relax and have fun making room in your closet for all the free handbags your going to earn from your sales!!!

Best Days

Choose days like Friday around 7PM or Saturday evening around 5PM. This will give your guest plenty of time to get home from work or to run errands before your party.

Sports days like Superbowl, World Series and Playoffs, while the guys are having their own party you can have a purse party with your girls.

Worst Days

Avoid Sunday (unless they are fundraisers) through Thursday if you can (no one really wants to attend any party on a weekday or the day before going back to work)

Overbook, Overbook and Overbook!

Overbook- Statistics show that only 3 out of 10 guests will actually show-up to any kind of home sales party. So, if you want at lest 10 guest to show-up you must invite around 35 guests.

Invite

Use the phone to invite them followed by an email with all the information including address, date, time and 2 phone numbers (home/cell). Ask them to R.S.V.P at least a week before the party. You will need the R.S.V.P. information so our representative can get an more accurate idea of your party size.

TIPS: Use our 3 day countdown email and include the list of guests that have already R.S.V.P. your party encouraging other guests to come. This countdown email will also create excitement resulting in more sale and more free head-turning handbags for you.
